在市场经济环境下人们往往都只注重经济效益、经济建设方面的成果,思想政治工作已经被置于忽视的位置,难以引起有关领导的充分重视。尤其是基层思想政治工作方面存在各种问题急需解决,否则会导致基层思想政治工作停滞不前,失去应有的效用。文章主要针对新时期基层思想政治工作的问题与对策进行探析。 Under the market economy environment, people tend to focus only on the economic benefits. The achievements in economic construction and ideological and political work have been neglected, making it hard for the leaders concerned to pay sufficient attention. In particular, there are urgent problems to be solved in ideological and political work at the grassroots level.
