目的将全程超导可视下微管微创人工流产术应用于终止瘢痕子宫妊娠中,寻找更安全、人性化、并发症少、损伤少的人流方法。方法将2008年1月至2009年6月来本站要求人工流产的早期妊娠合并瘢痕子宫妇女300例,一般情况比较差异无显著性意义,随机分为两组,观察组使用全程超导可视下微管微创人工流产术,对照组采用传统人流术,观察术中、术后情况。结果观察组较对照组能较大地减轻受术者的痛苦,手术创伤小,操作时间短,术中出血少,术后恢复快,人流综合征发生率低,并发症少,差异有显著性。结论全程超导可视下微管微创人工流产术方法简单方便,效果满意,特别适用于剖宫产妇女、宫角妊娠等高危流产手术以及其他给手术带来困难者,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To apply the whole procedure of minimally invasive microtomy for abortion in the visual field to terminate the uterine pregnancy of scar, and to find a more safe and humane method with less complications and less damage. Methods From January 2008 to June 2009 to our site require abortion early pregnant women with scar uterus 300 cases, the general situation was no significant difference, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group using the whole superconducting visualization Under the microtubule minimally invasive artificial abortion, the control group using traditional abortion, observation of intraoperative and postoperative conditions. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group could greatly reduce the suffering of the patients, the less surgical trauma, shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding, rapid postoperative recovery, low incidence of flow syndrome, fewer complications, the difference was significant. Conclusion The method of minimally invasive artificial abortion under the superconducting visualization is simple and convenient, and the results are satisfactory. It is especially suitable for women who have cesarean section, high-risk miscarriage surgery such as cornual pregnancy, and others who have difficulties in operation. It is worthy of clinical application.
