随着我国加入WTO,建筑工程项目化管理更加深入,项目管理的科学方法应用更加广泛,建筑业向更高层次发展,建立完善的专业分包体系,提高了项目建设效率。但工程的分包管理也出现一些新情况、新问题,不但影响了建设项目的进度和质量,还影响了总承包商信誉,必须采取有效措施,使工程分包管理纳入规范化、系统化、法制化轨道。
With China's accession to the WTO, the project management of construction projects has been further deepened. The scientific methods of project management have been applied more extensively. The construction industry has been developed to a higher level. A complete and professional subcontracting system has been established and the project construction efficiency has been raised. However, some new situations and new problems appeared in subcontract management of the project, which not only affected the progress and quality of the construction project, but also affected the reputation of the general contractor. Effective measures must be taken to make subcontracting management of the project into a standardized, systematic and legal system Orbit.
