基于计算机分析技术,利用Deform-3D软件分别模拟了压缩量和入模角对铜质筒形铸坯缩孔、缩松类缺陷整体去除的影响。对铜质滑阀套缩孔、缩松类铸造缺陷在塑性变形条件下整体去除进行了研究。通过比较坯料塑性变形前后的相对密度得出了不同条件下铸件缺陷消除的效果。
Based on the computer analysis technology, Deform-3D software was used to simulate the effect of the amount of compression and mold-in angle on the overall removal of shrinkage and shrinkage of copper castings. The researches on the overall removal of copper sliding sleeve shrinkage and shrinkage casting defects under plastic deformation were carried out. By comparing the relative densities before and after plastic deformation, the effect of eliminating defects of castings under different conditions was obtained.
