建立了高效液相色谱-荧光检测法(HPLC-FLD)同时测定食品接触聚苯乙烯(PS)塑料制品中9种荧光增白剂(FWA52、FWA135、FWA184、FWA185、FWA199、FWA367、FWA368、FWA378、FWA393)的方法。样品以三氯甲烷溶液提取后,以甲醇沉淀塑料制品中的聚合物,以Phenomenex Gemini C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇和水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,有效分离了9种目标物质。考察了方法的灵敏度、线性范围、回收率和精密度,结果表明,9种荧光增白剂在0.32~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9992,方法定量限(S/N=10)在1.0~8.0μg/kg之间,添加水平为5~500μg/kg时,样品的回收率为88.0~98.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在2.11~4.34%之间。该法前处理简单、回收率高、精密度好,适用于食品接触聚苯乙烯(PS)塑料制品中9种荧光增白剂的测定。
A HPLC-FLD method was developed for the simultaneous determination of nine fluorescent whitening agents (FWA52, FWA135, FWA184, FWA185, FWA199, FWA367, FWA368, FWA378 , FWA393). After the sample was extracted with chloroform solution, the polymer in the plastic was precipitated with methanol and eluted gradiently on a Phenomenex Gemini C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) using methanol and water as the mobile phase, effectively separating 9 Target species. The sensitivity, linearity range, recovery rate and precision of the method were investigated. The results showed that the linear relationship of the nine kinds of optical brighteners was good in the range of 0.32 ~ 200μg / L, the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9992. The limit of quantification (S / N = 10) was 1.0 ~ 8.0μg / kg. The recoveries of samples ranged from 88.0% to 98.9% with RSD (n = 6) ranging from 2.11% to 4.34% at the level of 5 ~ 500μg / kg. The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, high recovery and good precision, and is suitable for the determination of nine fluorescent whitening agents in food contact polystyrene (PS) plastic products.
