隐性德育在中职教育中发挥着越来越重要的作用,它不仅能促使学生无形中学会做人、做事,还可以完善学生的人格和提升学生的道德素养。本文从中职隐性德育的内涵及特点出发,着重探讨了中职隐性德育的实现途径,即人格感召、行为暗示、情感沟通与环境熏陶。
Recessive moral education plays an increasingly important role in secondary vocational education. It not only can promote students to learn life skills and work effectively, but also can improve students’ personality and enhance their moral qualities. Based on the connotation and characteristics of recessive moral education in secondary vocational school, this article focuses on the ways of realizing recessive moral education in secondary vocational school, namely, personality appeal, behavior suggestion, affective communication and environment influence.
