研究了某型发动机整体叶盘在不同约束状态下叶片模态参数的变化情况。利用有限元软件对整体叶盘进行了振动特性分析,并基于变截面伯努利梁的模态分析揭示出叶片模态随盘体刚度变化的规律;同时,就盘体自由和中心固定两种状态对叶片完成了模态试验。试验结果与仿真分析相符,说明了该型发动机整体叶盘盘体约束状态的变化对叶片模态参数的影响甚微。同时指出,当整体叶盘盘体刚度比叶片大到一定倍数时,叶片的模态即可认为是相对独立的。
The variation of blade modal parameters of a certain type of engine leaf disc under different restraint conditions was studied. The vibration characteristics of the leaf disc were analyzed by using the finite element software. Based on the modal analysis of the Bernoulli beam with variable section, the law of leaf blade stiffness changing with the disc body was revealed. At the same time, State of the blade to complete the modal test. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation analysis, which shows that the change of the constraint state of the whole disc body of the engine has little effect on the modal parameters of the blade. At the same time, it is pointed out that the blade mode can be regarded as relatively independent when the overall leaf disc body stiffness is larger than the blade to a certain extent.
