以硝基苯为内标,建立了甲苯、邻硝基甲苯、间硝基甲苯和对硝基甲苯的气相色谱测定方法。4种物质的相对校正因子分别为0.5777,0.9441,0.9447和0.9600,相关系数r分别为0.9996,0.9999,0.9996和0.9999。以3组4种组分的混合溶液进行定量计算,测得四种组分的回收率皆在96.17%至102.2%之间。以95%硝酸为硝化试剂,对甲苯进行硝化反应研究,使用上述定量分析方法对实验结果进行分析,得到不同反应原料配比下甲苯的转化率和产物的产率及选择性。
Nitrobenzene was used as internal standard to establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of toluene, o-nitrotoluene, m-nitrotoluene and p-nitrotoluene. The relative correction factors for the four substances were 0.5777, 0.9441, 0.9447 and 0.9600 respectively, and the correlation coefficients r were 0.9996, 0.999, 0.999 and 0.9999, respectively. The three groups of four components of the mixed solution quantitative calculation, the recovery of the four components were measured between 96.17% to 102.2%. Using 95% nitric acid as nitration reagent, the nitration of toluene was studied. The experimental results were analyzed by the above quantitative analysis method. The conversion of toluene and the yield and selectivity of the products under different reaction ratios were obtained.
