随着改革的不断深入,企业之间重组、整合不断增多,国有企业跨地区、跨区域、甚至跨国经营也日益普遍。跨区域运营企业在在进行组织结构和业务流程再造的同时,不可避免地带来企业党建工作模式、运行机制的调整与变革。本文从跨区域运营国有企业的党建工作模式的先择、党建工作运行机制等方面进行了研究和探索,以期为跨区域运营国有企业在加强党建工作方面提供一些参考的思路与启迪。
With the continuous deepening of the reform, the reorganization and integration between enterprises have been on the rise. State-owned enterprises are also becoming more and more common across regions, regions and even multinational corporations. Trans-regional operators in the organizational structure and business process reengineering at the same time, inevitably bring about business party construction work mode, the adjustment and transformation of operational mechanisms. This paper studies and explores the first choice of the mode of operation of state-owned enterprises operating across regions and the operation mechanism of the party construction, with a view to providing some reference ideas and inspiration for the operation of state-owned enterprises across regions by strengthening the party building work.
