第一届铁与叶酸缺乏最新知识国际会议,于1989年7月11~13日在巴黎法国卫生科学技术研究所、营养性贫血研究中心举行,参加会议的代表来自38个国家,共150多名。中国预防医学科学院营养与食品卫生研究所陈学存教授作为学术委员会委员应邀出席会议并作了“中国孕妇缺铁性贫血”的专题报告。现将有关铁缺乏研究部分专题综述如下以供参考。 The first International Conference on Lack of Knowledge of Iron and Folic Acid was held on July 11-13, 1989 at the French Institute of Health Sciences and Technology in Paris and at the Research Center for Nutritional Anemia. More than 150 representatives from 38 countries attended the conference . Professor Chen Xuecun from the Institute of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, was invited to attend the conference as a member of Academic Committee and made a special report on “Iron deficiency anemia in Chinese pregnant women”. We will now summarize some of the topics related to research on iron deficiency as follows.
