本文介绍了温度测试的基本原理和方法,以及发动机延伸管及外罩的温度场测试方法,通过双三次插值的方法得出发动机延伸管及外罩的温度场分布图。通过试验发现:延伸管的温度最高大约350~400℃,要比外罩(最高200~250℃)的温度高很多;且总体而言靠近内部(安装固定位置)的温度要比外侧偏高。比较发动机三个状态的温度分布,试验时依次进行的是巡航状态、额定状态和起飞状态,可以发现在起飞状态,由于转速较大,延伸管内的气流流速较大,因此,延伸管温度相比其他两个状态稍高,这可由分布图得到。不过,各状态温度数值上差别并不大,温度场分布也基本一致。
This paper introduces the basic principle and method of temperature testing, as well as the temperature field test method of engine extension pipe and cover. The temperature field distribution of engine extension pipe and cover is obtained through double cubic interpolation method. It has been found through experiments that the temperature of the extension pipe is about 350-400 ° C which is much higher than the temperature of the outer cover (up to 200-250 ° C) and that the temperature is generally higher towards the inside (fixed position) than the outer side. Comparing the temperature distribution of the three states of the engine, the cruise status, the rated status and the take-off status are sequentially carried out during the test. It can be found that in the take-off condition, due to the larger speed, the air flow velocity in the extension pipe is larger. The other two states are slightly higher, which is obtained from the distribution. However, the temperature difference between the state is not large, the temperature field distribution is basically the same.
