目前矿井瞬变电磁仪所配电源主要为铅酸电池或镍氢电池(很少),而科技含量较高的锂电池由于技术原因一直无法使用。本文通过研制防止电池过充和过放的锂电池保护板实现了锂电池的正常供电。研制了锂电池快速充电器,以及用于电池电压转换的控制线路,大大提高了电池的容量和使用寿命,解决了环保、温度、安全问题。在相同体积的情况下,锂电池电源容量是原电池的2倍,重量是原电池的1/3。该新电源的使用大大减轻了矿井瞬变电磁法工作人员的体力劳动,提高了工作效率,具明显经济效益。
At present, mine transient electromagnetic instrument is mainly equipped with lead-acid batteries or nickel-metal hydride batteries (few), while high-tech lithium batteries have not been used due to technical reasons. In this paper, through the development of lithium batteries to prevent overcharge and over discharge of lithium batteries to achieve the normal power supply. Developed a lithium battery fast charger, and the control circuit for battery voltage conversion, greatly improving the battery capacity and life, to solve the environmental protection, temperature, safety issues. In the same volume of cases, lithium battery power capacity is 2 times the original battery, the weight of the original battery 1/3.
