本文根据西南交通建设集团股份有限公司承建的云南玉溪昆钢大红山露天铁矿采空区处理的实际情况,分析强制崩落采空区的施工工艺及其运用。在实施过程中,结合前期综合物探结果,摸清采空区的大致位置、规模大小,在采剥施工到一定标高时(满足安全厚度的要求),布置炮孔,以空洞为自由面进行深孔爆破崩落,达到消除空区的目的。
According to the actual situation of the goaf of Dahongshao alluvial mine constructed by Southwest Traffic Construction Group Co., Ltd. in this paper, the construction technology and its application of forced caving area are analyzed. In the implementation process, combined with the results of the previous comprehensive geophysical prospecting, the general location and scale of the goaf are found out. When the mining and excavation construction reaches a certain elevation (meeting the requirements of safety thickness), the blasting holes are arranged and the deep hole is the free surface Hole blasting caving, to eliminate the purpose of empty areas.
