利用在100kN冲床转键离合器键位处加设聚氨酯弹性体垫,使离合器接合噪声下降10.7dB(A)。为确定聚氨酯使用环境温度是否高于其额定使用温度,作者用有限元方法对键位处的温度场进行计算,并利用变形的记忆合金随温度升高具有恢复其记忆形状的特性,测量了键位处的温度,得出实测温度与计算值很相近的结果。
