目的:以正常小鼠及硫喷妥钠麻醉后小鼠(简称硫麻)为对照,观察野玫瑰根醇提波及多糖成份对正常小鼠及流麻后小鼠T细胞亚群影响。方法:T细胞亚群测定应用单克隆抗体直接免疫荧光技术,由流式细胞仪测定。结果:硫麻组较正常对照组CD4细胞、CD4/CD8比值下降,CD8细胞升高;服醇提液和多糖成份正常小鼠和服醇提液后麻醉级各指标无显著改变;服多糖后麻醉组CD4细胞、CD4/CD8比值下降;服醇提液麻醉级较硫麻对照组CD4细胞升高。结论:野玫瑰根醇提液可减轻硫麻引起的免疫功能抑制。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of wild roseaquinone extract and polysaccharide components on T cell subsets in normal mice and mice after anesthesia with normal mice and thiopental anesthetized mice (abbreviated as thiophene) as a control. Methods: T cell subpopulations were measured using a monoclonal antibody direct immunofluorescence technique as determined by flow cytometry. Results: The ratio of CD4 cells, CD4/CD8, and CD8 cells in the Thiamnia group were lower than those in the normal control group; the CD8 cells were elevated; the indexes of the anesthetic level were not significantly changed after the alcohol extracts of the alcohol extract and the normal polysaccharides served as the polysaccharide extracts; The ratio of CD4 cells and CD4/CD8 decreased in the group; the anesthesia level of the alcohol extract was higher than that of the CD4 cells in the control group. Conclusion: Extract of Rhizoma Rosea can reduce the inhibition of immune function caused by sulfur and hemp.
