近年来,随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,市场竞争压力不断加大。在激烈的竞争环境中,未上市集团企业的规模也在不断扩大。在各集团企业不断扩张与发展的过程中,逐渐凸显出来的经济效益、社会效益掩盖了潜藏于集团企业考核机制中的诸多问题。因此,分析和总结集团企业存在的考核问题,并有针对性地设计出行之有效的对策是各集团企业必须正视的问题。本文将就未上市集团企业考核机制中存在的问题进行探讨,并探寻考核机制创新的有效策略,以期为促进我国企业集团的发展奠定基础。
In recent years, with the continuous development of the socialist market economy in our country, the pressure of market competition has continuously increased. In a fiercely competitive environment, the size of unlisted conglomerates is also expanding. In the course of the continuous expansion and development of various group enterprises, the economic benefits and social benefits that have gradually become prominent have masked many problems hidden in the assessment mechanism of the group enterprises. Therefore, analyzing and summarizing the examination problems existing in group enterprises and designing effective measures in a targeted manner are problems that all group enterprises must face squarely. This article will explore the existing problems in the unlisted group assessment mechanism and explore effective strategies for the innovation of the assessment mechanism in order to lay the foundation for the development of the enterprise group in our country.
