基于虚拟样机技术,对颚式破碎机工作性能进行深入研究,建立破碎机多目标规划模型,利用ADAMS运动学和动力仿真优化工具对PEV200×1000细碎颚式破碎机进行多目标优化。基于仿真优化结果,利用先进的三维实体建模工具对PEV200×1000细碎颚式破碎机进行虚拟设计,得到破碎机虚拟样机模型,可方便地转化成相应二维图纸,便于工程师制定生产工艺方案和进行机械加工。
Based on the virtual prototype technology, the working performance of the jaw crusher is deeply studied. The multi-objective programming model of the crusher is established. The multi-objective optimization of the PEV200 × 1000 crushing jaw crusher is optimized by ADAMS kinematics and dynamics simulation optimization tools. Based on the results of simulation optimization, the virtual three-dimensional model of PEV200 × 1000 crusher is designed by using the advanced three-dimensional modeling tool to obtain the virtual prototype model of the crusher, which can be easily converted into the corresponding two-dimensional drawings to facilitate the engineers to formulate the production process and Machining.
