4月9日—13日,《人民日报》连续刊登3篇系列报道,分别从投诉渠道、分析根源、立法保护方面呼吁引导人们关注垃圾信息治理。远观近察,信息诈骗勒索乃至短信谣言,仍是很多人不能承受之痛,而其治本之策在于个人信息保护。中国的垃圾短信问题究竟有多严重?也许央视2012年“3·15”晚会曝光的数字可让公众窥其一斑。1小时能发108万条,每天至少四五百万条,一个月就能发出上亿条垃圾短信,而这还仅仅是一个小型群发垃圾短信公司的能力。
