In recent years, the relationship between trace elements and tumors has received increasing attention. A large number of research results have shown and confirmed that trace elements are closely related to the occurrence, development and prevention of tumors. Therefore, it is possible to find an effective method of assisted diagnosis based on the content of trace elements in cancer patients. Based on the content of trace elements in serum, stepwise discriminant analysis, principal component analysis, and system are applied in this article.
