十八届三中全会提出了“积极发展混合所有制经济”。中国建材集团作为混合所有制的先行者,既是标杆企业,又是试点企业。本文以中国建材集团为例,首先阐述集团发展混合所有制的主要做法及取得的成效,然后进行了原因分析,最后为集团进一步深化改革提出相应的建议措施。 The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward “Actively Developing a Mixed Ownership Economy.” China Building Materials Group as a pioneer of mixed ownership, both benchmarking companies, but also pilot enterprises. Taking China State Building Materials Group as an example, this article first elaborates the main practices and achievements of the Group in developing mixed ownership. Then it analyzes the causes and finally puts forward the corresponding suggestions and measures for further deepening the reform of the Group.
