提出了一种用于高速重载铁路车辆的套缸式液气缓冲器,在不改变列车缓冲器外形结构尺寸前提下,实现缓冲器活塞行程距离的最大化,针对缓冲器活塞行程的有限性,为了最大限度的吸收列车冲击能量,推导了这种套缸式液压缓冲器的主要结构参数设计计算公式,结合实际车辆连挂的要求,给出了套缸式液压缓冲器主要结构参数设计算例。
