建筑施工项目具有单件性、施工时间长、作业点分散,基层作业人员素质普遍不高、流动性大等特性,正是由于这些特征,往往会使很多人在思想认识上不到位,把运行质量管理体系当作负担,企业制度往往被人为管理的灵活所跨越,使规范流于形式。这就必然导致体系运行是一套,实际施工又是一套,重生产而轻管理,很难把制度化的管理工作落到实处。文章讨论了如何在建筑施工项目有效运行质量管理体系,提出了制度化管理、管理出效益的一些观点和看法。
It is because of these characteristics that a lot of people tend to make a lot of people do not know well about their ideas because of the characteristics of one-piece construction, long construction time, scattered work points, low quality of grass-root workers and so on. Quality management system as a burden, the enterprise system is often managed by man-made flexibility to make the normative. This will inevitably lead to the system running is a set of actual construction is a set of production and management of light, it is difficult to institutionalize the management of the work carried out. The article discusses how to effectively run the quality management system in the construction project and puts forward some views and opinions on the institutionalized management and the management of the benefits.
