在国标和欧标规定的重锤加载情况下,利用机械振动原理建立320型单伸缩立柱的冲击模型,计算在冲击载荷下立柱内的乳化液压力变化方程,结果表明当重量为10 t的重锤从2 m高处自由落体冲击320型单伸缩立柱后,立柱的压力在12.15 ms 内从31.5 MPa 上升到89.297 MPa;建立立柱的ANSYS有限元模型,进行瞬态动力学仿真,分析结果表明320型单伸缩立柱在此冲击过程中产生的最大应力为746.32 MPa。为立柱在动载荷下的冲击强度分析提供一种可行的计算分析方法。“,”In the case of loading of the hammer, ,that was determined by GB and European standard, the impact model of type320 single-telescopic leg was established by using mechanical vibration theory, under the impact load, calculate the emulsion that in the interior of leg pressure change equation,The results showed that when the 10t hammer was in freefall from 2 meters high impacted type320 single-telescopic leg, the leg pressure from 31.5 MPa rose to 89.297 MPa within 12.15 ms;the ANSYS finite element model of leg was established and simulated by Transient Kinetic, The analysis showed that the maximum stress of type320 single-telescopic leg in the process of an impact was 746.32 MPa.
