利用制备的高导热定形相变材料,建立了相变储能散热器传热特性的实验平台和理论分析模型,并对其进行了实验和理论研究。研究结果表明:定形相变材料改善了散热元件与散热板之间的接触,同时利用定形相变材料可发挥潜热储热的优势,使散热器在间歇性散热元件停机的状态下继续散热,从而使散热器总体传热特性提高28%以上。
The experimental platform and theoretical analysis model of heat transfer characteristics of phase change energy storage radiator were established by using the high thermal conductivity phase change material, and the experimental and theoretical research was carried out. The results show that the phase change material can improve the contact between the heat sink and the heat sink and at the same time, the advantage of latent heat storage can be achieved by using the phase change material, so that the heat sink continues to dissipate heat when the intermittent heat sink is stopped The overall heat transfer characteristics of the radiator increased by 28% or more.
