阐述了在醇钠作催化剂、芳香烃作溶剂的条件下 ,由苯乙酮或其衍生物与羧酸酯发生Claisen缩合反应合成β-二酮 ,特别是芳香族β-二酮的方法。该合成方法的优点是可以制备出高纯度不同结构的β-二酮 ,且产率高 ;所需原料为国内易得工业品 ,反应溶剂可重复使用 ;方法简便 ,有较好的工业应用价值。β-二酮的萃取性能表明 ,它是有效的铜萃取剂
A method for synthesizing β-diketone, especially aromatic β-diketone by Claisen condensation reaction of acetophenone or its derivative with carboxylic acid ester under the condition of sodium alcoholate as catalyst and aromatic hydrocarbon as solvent is described. The synthesis method has the advantages that the high-purity β-diketone with different structures can be prepared and the yield is high; the raw materials needed are the domestic readily available industrial products and the reaction solvent can be reused; the method is simple and has good industrial application value . The extraction performance of β-diketone shows that it is an effective copper extractant
