采用COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件,建立了不同角度探头空心车轴超声探伤的有限元仿真模型,研究了不同油膜厚度下超声探伤的缺陷回波幅度的变化规律,并设计了相应的实验系统进行了试验验证。
The COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software is used to establish the finite element simulation model of the ultrasonic flaw detection of the hollow shaft of the probe with different angles. The variation rule of the flaw echo amplitude of the ultrasonic flaw detection with different oil film thickness is studied. The corresponding experimental system is designed and tested.
