某地所产的碳酸盐锰矿石,历年来一直是我国锰矿原料的主要供应基地之一。但由于富锰矿逐渐减少,利用储量较大的贫锰矿,就成为急待解决的问题。为了评价贫锰矿的工业利用价值及寻求适宜的处理方法,曾对某矿区储量范围内的最低品位的贫锰矿(含锰16%)进行了机械选矿及用连二硫酸钙法处理的研究。研究结果表明:由于锰矿物嵌有粒度很细,用机械选矿法,只能获得满足冶金要求的Ⅲ级锰精矿。且
Somewhere produced carbonate manganese ore, over the years has been China’s manganese ore raw materials, one of the major supply base. However, due to the gradual reduction of manganese ore, the use of large reserves of manganese ore, it has become an urgent problem. In order to evaluate the industrial use value of poor manganese ore and to seek suitable treatment methods, the lowest grade manganese ore (16% manganese) within the scope of a mine has been beneficiated for mechanical beneficiation and treated with calcium dithionate. The results show that, due to the fine grain size embedded in the manganese minerals, only the grade Ⅲ manganese concentrate that meets the metallurgical requirements can be obtained by the mechanical beneficiation method.
