我校开展“培养小学教师反思能力的策略研究”(北京市教育科学“十一五”规划2007年度校本课题)历时3年有余,在课题实施期间,我们尝试运用多种方法,针对自己的教学预设、教学过程、课堂设问、教学效果、课后延展等多方面进行反思,从中探求更加有效的教学方法。在众多的反思途径中,“课堂观察法”犹如一面镜子,让授课教师和协助观察的教师同伴,从不同的角度重新审视课堂,思考和寻找更加有效的教学实施方案。
Our school carried out more than three years in carrying out the strategy of cultivating primary school teachers’ ability to reflect (Beijing Municipal Education Science 11th Five-year Plan 2007 School-based Project). During the implementation of the project, we tried to use a variety of methods, For their own teaching presuppositions, teaching process, class questions, teaching effectiveness, after-school extension and many other aspects of reflection, from which to explore more effective teaching methods. Among the many ways of reflection, “classroom observation method” is like a mirror, so that teachers and faculty members who assist in observation re-examine the classroom from different perspectives, think and find more effective teaching and implementation plans.
