TB5钛合金板材具有优良的冷成形性能,适于成形中等复杂的航空航天用板材零件,但存在板材定形性差、成形后回弹大等问题。本文以TB5钛合金板材的冷成形为背景,探讨了TB5钛合金板材组织在弯曲变形过程中的变形行为及其微结构和成形性能的演变规律。结果表明,随着板材弯曲角度的增大或弯曲半径的减小,板材弯曲回弹角与中心变形处晶粒面积和晶粒横纵比正相关;板材中心变形处硬度和中心变形处晶粒面积正相关,与中心变形处晶粒横纵比负相关。
TB5 titanium alloy sheet has excellent cold forming properties, suitable for forming medium complex aerospace sheet metal parts, but there are sheeting poor shape, forming a large rebound and other issues. In this paper, the cold forming of TB5 titanium alloy sheet is taken as the background, and the deformation behavior and the evolution of microstructure and formability of TB5 titanium alloy sheet during bending deformation are discussed. The results show that with the increase of the bending angle or the decrease of the bending radius, the bending rebound angle of the sheet is positively correlated with the grain area and grain aspect ratio of the center deformation. The hardness of the deformation center and the grain of the center deformation Area and negatively correlated with the grain aspect ratio of center deformation.
