磁流变液的屈服应力显著影响带式输送机磁流变软启动器的传动能力。从磁流变液的微观结构出发,简化了磁偶极子受力模型,从“点磁”角度出发研究了微观结构(包括磁粒子直径、磁链中粒子数、粒子磁饱和强度、磁链倾斜角度以及磁流变液中粒子体积百分数等)对磁致应力的影响。研究结果表明,要提高带式输送机软启动器的传动能力,需研制基于高磁化强度的磁性粒子的磁流变液。
Magneto-rheological fluid yield stress significantly affects the belt conveyor magnetorheological soft starter transmission capacity. Based on the microstructure of magnetorheological fluid, the stress model of magnetic dipole is simplified, and the microstructure (including the diameter of magnetic particles, the number of particles in the flux chain, the magnetic saturation strength of particles, The angle of flux linkage and the volume fraction of particles in MR fluids, etc.) on the magnetostriction. The results show that to improve the transmission ability of the belt conveyor soft starter, it is necessary to develop a magnetorheological fluid based on the magnetic particles with high magnetization.
