水稻蛋白质含量和脂肪含量是衡量稻米营养品质的重要指标。将来自35个作图群体共238个与水稻蛋白质、脂肪相关的QTL信息进行收集整理。利用软件Biomercator 2.1,把收集到的与水稻蛋白质含量和脂肪含量相关的QTLs,通过共有标记映射的方法整合到参考图谱Cornell 2001上,利用基于元分析的方法获得“真实”QTLs,并且建立与水稻蛋白质和脂肪含量相关的QTLs的一致性图谱,共分析获得29个与蛋白质含量相关的“真实”QTLs及其连锁标记,分布在在第1、第2、第3、第4、第6、第7、第8、第9和第10染色体上;共分析得到12个与脂肪含量相关的“真实”QTLs及其连锁标记,分布在第3、第5、第6、第7和第8染色体上。为水稻蛋白质含量和脂肪含量相关基因的精细定位、图位克隆及其分子辅助育种提供技术支持和理论依据。
Rice protein content and fat content is an important indicator of the nutritional quality of rice. A total of 238 QTLs related to rice protein and fat were collected from 35 mapping populations. Using the software Biomercator 2.1, the collected QTLs related to rice protein content and fat content were integrated into the reference map Cornell 2001 by using the common marker mapping method, and the “true” QTLs were obtained by using the meta-analysis method and established A total of 29 QTLs related to protein content and their linkage markers were obtained by analyzing the identity map of QTLs related to protein and fat content in rice. The QTLs were located in the first, second, third, fourth, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th chromosomes were detected. Twelve QTLs related to fat content and their linkage markers were found, which were distributed in the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7 and 8 on the chromosome. It provides technical support and theoretical basis for fine mapping of protein and fat content related genes, mapping cloning and molecular assisted breeding.
