从拿到直销试点牌照到试点方案正式实施,雅芳可谓抢足了风头,频频露面于各大媒体。对于雅芳公司试点实施的实际情况,业内人士都很关注,而雅芳则三缄其口,表示不便过早透露信息。对此,在试点实施一个月后,笔者专程采访了国内直销研究专家王义教授。王义教授表示,雅芳直销试点是直销立法的前奏,众人聚焦雅芳试点的背后,实际上是在考量中国直销立法的方向。王义教授进一步提出了一些深度的思考。他认为,大家要从试点的背后深入思考一下几个问题:
