目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定五加脑灵液中五味子醇甲含量的方法。方法:选用Hypersil BDS色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水(604:0),流速:1.0ml.min-1;检测波长:250nm。结果:五味子醇甲在0.1~0.5μg内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.63%,RSD=1.76%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,能有效地控制刺五加脑灵液的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of schisandrins A in Wujia Naoling liquid by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Hypersil BDS column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm), methanol-water (604: 0), flow rate: 1.0ml.min-1 and detection wavelength of 250nm were used. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1-0.5 μg (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.63%, RSD = 1.76% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can effectively control the quality of Acanthopanax senticosus liquid.
