本文报告用MRI辅助CT行脑深部肿瘤定向活检42例,男22例,女20例。年龄在4～67岁之间,幕上38例,幕下4例。利用此技术有以下优点:1.协助手术选择最佳穿刺途径,避免穿刺产生血肿;2.可利用MRI区别肿瘤组织和瘤组织周围水肿带;3.提高穿刺准确性。
This paper reports the use of MRI-assisted CT deep brain tumor biopsy in 42 cases, 22 males and 20 females. Age 4 to 67 years old, 38 on the screen, 4 in the screen. The use of this technology has the following advantages: 1. To help select the best surgical approach to puncture to avoid puncture produce hematoma; 2. Can use MRI to distinguish between tumor tissue and tumor tissue around the edema zone; 3. To improve puncture accuracy.
