目的研究托盘根的化学成分。方法应用色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了10个化合物的结构,分别为(+)-儿茶素(1),3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸(2),齐墩果酸(3),熊果酸(4),蛇莓苷B(5),去氢双儿茶素A(6),β-胡萝卜苷(7),对羟基苯甲酸(8),β-谷甾醇亚油酸酯(9)和野鸭椿酸(10)。结论化合物1~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the tray root. Methods The chromatographic technique was used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures were identified based on the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results The structures of 10 compounds were isolated and identified as (+) - catechin (1), 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid (2), oleanolic acid (3) 4, snakeberry glycosides B (5), dehydrocatechin A (6), β-daucosterol (7), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (8), β- sitosterol linoleate Wild Duck sour (10). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
