本课题研制的砌块其关键是研究开发出适合国情的强度高、砌筑方便自带装饰面层的系列配套产品。现已研制出两种不同类型的砼空心砌块墙体:一种是三合一(保温、承重、装饰为一体)的砼空心砌块。这种砌块经过国家质检部门的检测其抗压强度≥10MPa,密度≤1200kg/m~3,吸水率≤3％,抗冻性合格;280mm厚的空心砌块墙体平均传热系数K≤1.10W/m~2·K,满足寒冷地区节能
The key to the research of the block is to research and develop a series of ancillary products that are suitable for the national conditions and high strength and are easy to be built with masonry.
