为研究里海水量平衡及水位变化问题,对其进行了长期的观测,并对各种因素进行了分析,分析结果表明,自仪器观测起,里海水位变化不大,而近15a来实测的径流量和蒸发量各项参数达到相关要求是不大可能的,不同建筑物设计应以不同计算水位为基准,而修建能承受不良生态后果的大型防护建筑物无疑是正确的。
In order to study the problem of water balance and water level change in the Caspian Sea, we conducted a long-term observation and analyzed various factors. The analysis shows that the water level in the Caspian Sea has not changed much since the instrument was observed. However, It is unlikely that the parameters of flow and evaporation will meet the relevant requirements. Different buildings should be designed with different calculated water levels as the benchmark, and it is undoubtedly correct to construct large-scale protection buildings capable of endangering the adverse ecological consequences.
