In the 15 years since the reform and opening up, new cultural phenomena have emerged along with the new social situation. Most prominently, the original situation of unifying the cultural undertakings by the state has been broken. Societies, individuals, enterprises, foreign investors have all invested in cultural undertakings, forming a unique social culture boom. Moreover, with the accumulation and development in recent years, the scale and influence of social culture has become more and more pronounced, becoming a new trend of culture. Emerging Important “Roles” Some of the first people who were awakened to economic awareness abandoned the traditional view of cultural functions and saw the commodity attributes of cultural products. So, a social culture heat wave billowing. Before China’s market economy system was formally established, a “cultural market” was formed, leading the new trend of mass culture. The situation in various provinces and autonomous regions in Central South China shows that all kinds of social units, individuals, Sino-foreign joint ventures and foreign-owned wholly-owned ones have set up various forms of cultural units
