研究了烧结工艺参数对金属陶瓷摩擦材料抗剪强度和金属陶瓷摩擦片结合强度的影响 ,观察并分析了断口形貌。研究结果表明 ,金属陶瓷摩擦材料的抗剪强度随烧结工艺参数 (温度、压力 )的提高而提高 ;金属陶瓷摩擦片的剪切破坏发生在金属陶瓷摩擦材料层 ,金属陶瓷摩擦材料与钢背的结合强度高于金属陶瓷摩擦材料的抗剪强度。合理地选择烧结工艺参数可使金属陶瓷摩擦材料与钢背的结合强度提高。
The effects of sintering parameters on the shear strength of cermet friction material and the bonding strength of cermet friction plate were studied. The fracture morphology was observed and analyzed. The results show that the shear strength of the cermet friction material increases with the sintering process parameters (temperature, pressure); the shear failure of the cermet friction material occurs in the friction layer of the cermet material, the friction between the cermet material and the steel back The bond strength is higher than the shear strength of the cermet friction material. Reasonable choice of sintering process parameters can make the bonding strength between the cermet friction material and the steel back increase.
