目的：探讨跟骨骨折手术治疗的临床分析。方法回顾性分析我院自2013年4月~2014年4月共收治并手术治疗跟骨骨折患者共28例的资料。结果术后X线片显示距下关节、Bhler角及Gis ane角恢复正常。发生明确的早期并发症2足，发生率0.07豫。其中皮肤边缘坏死1足，感染1足，均经换药后愈合。结论跟骨骨折注重手术时机和术后处理可取得满意疗效。“,”Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of operation treatment of calcaneal fracture. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2013 April to 2014 April were treated with operation in the treatment of calcaneal fractures in patients with a total of 28 cases. Results The postoperative X-ray films showed the subtalar joint, Bhler angle and Gissane angle returned to normal. Early complications of clear 2 foot, the incidence was 0.07%. The skin edge necrosis in 1 foot, 1 foot infection, were healed after dressing change. Conclusion Pay at ention to the operation time and postoperative treatment can obtain satisfactory curative ef ect of calcaneal fracture.
