目的品管圈活动在消化内科优质护理服务质量中的应用。方法随机选取品管圈活动未实施前的2014年7月~9月的240例患者及品管圈活动实施后的10月~12月的240例患者,观察实施品管圈活动进行质量管理后,两组患者对满意度的变化。结果品管圈活动后患者对护士的满意度及患者知晓率高于活动实施前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论将品管圈活动应用到科室优质护理服务质量质控中,不仅可以改进服务质量,提高患者满意度,而且可以调动科内护士参与管理的意识,提高工作的积极性。
Application of Quality Control Circle Quality in Quality Nursing Service of Gastroenterology.
