生态渔业是根据鱼类与其他生物间的共生互补原理,利用水陆物质循环系统,通过采取相应的技术和管理措施,实现保持生态平衡,提高综合养殖效益的一种养殖模式。发展生态渔业可以充分利用当地资源、循环利用废弃物、节约能源,提高综合生态效益,实现渔业可持续发展的一条重要途径。随着人们生活水平的日益提高,崇尚自然,亲近绿色的愿望越来越强烈,从而对安全、有机食品的要求也越来越高。
Eco-fishery is based on the principle of symbiosis between fish and other organisms, using the circulatory system of aquatic and land resources, through the adoption of appropriate technical and management measures to achieve a breeding mode of maintaining ecological balance and improving the efficiency of integrated aquaculture. The development of ecological fisheries can make full use of local resources, recycling of waste, energy conservation, improve the overall ecological benefits, an important way to achieve sustainable development of fisheries. As people’s standard of living rises day by day, they advocate nature and their desire to get closer to green is getting stronger and stronger. As a result, demands for safe and organic foods are getting higher and higher.
