本文应用先进的声强测量技术对GC301—01型工业平缝机进行了全面测量,得到了该机的声强分布。并且计算出了平缝机各件的噪声辐射声功率,从而识别出了GC301—01型工业平缝机了主要噪声辐射源。最后通过对阻尼减振结构设计使得工业平缝机主要噪声辐射源声功率分别降低76.52%和80.71%,并使工缝机机头内侧水平方向0.5m处噪声声压级降低4.58dB(A),标准噪声测点处噪声声压级降低3.84dB(A)。(标准测点按日本JISB9064—1981)。
In this paper, we use advanced sound intensity measurement technology to make a comprehensive measurement of GC301-01 industrial sewing machine, and get the sound intensity distribution of the machine. And calculate the noise of the sewing machine sound radiation sound power, thus identifying the GC301-01 type industrial sewing machine the main noise source. Finally, through the design of the damping vibration damping structure, the sound power of the main noise source of the industrial sewing machine is reduced by 76.52% and 80.71% respectively, and the noise sound pressure level at the horizontal direction of the sewing machine head is reduced by 4.58dB (A) , Noise level at the standard noise measurement point is reduced by 3.84dB (A).
