目的 分析机械通气的患者呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的致病菌群及药敏结果。方法 对 82 例VAP患者建立人工气道的机械通气采用无菌吸痰管送检痰培养分离的108株进行药敏试验。结果 82 例检查致病菌108株,G-球菌 8 株,真菌 27 株, G- 菌 73 株,分别前 3 位的是铜绿假单胞菌(25 9%),大肠埃希菌属(17 6%),克雷伯杆菌属(8 33%),10株为多种耐药菌。结论 VAP致病菌以革兰氏阴性菌为主,防治 VAP的措施应采用并合理使用抗生素。
Objective To analyze the pathogenic bacteria and drug susceptibility of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) in patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods 82 cases of VAP patients established artificial airway mechanical ventilation using sterile suction tube sent sputum culture isolated 108 susceptibility testing. Results Among the 82 cases, 108 strains of pathogenic bacteria, 8 strains of G-bacteria, 27 strains of fungi and 73 strains of G-bacteria were examined. The top 3 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (25 9%), Escherichia coli 6%), Klebsiella (8 33%), 10 strains of multi-resistant bacteria. Conclusion The pathogens of VAP are mainly Gram-negative bacteria. The measures of prevention and treatment of VAP should be used and the rational use of antibiotics.
