我国是一个人口密集型国家,并且人口的密度在逐年增加,在新的发展要求下和新形势下,我国的企业还缺乏必要而又成熟的计划生育管理机制,这样就会使企业在计划生育的管理过程中面临着很多的问题,那么如何更好地解决这些问题,如何把企业的计划生育管理机制进行创新和改制成为一个值得探讨的问题。所以在本研究中,笔者就将针对新形势如如何创新企业计划生育管理机制方面的问题,就兖矿集团第三医院育龄妇女管理工作方面的问题做出探讨和分析,希望所得的结果可以引起大家的关注和重视,也希望本研究能够为相关的企业带来有价值的参考。
