本文应用微电极技术记录离体豚鼠心室肌动作电位,同步记录其表面电图。以表面电图T波的起点作为动作电位2相终点的标志,对动作电位2相与其复报百分时程(APD)之间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明,无论在生理或高钾,高钙和低钾、低钙等条件下,2相时程约相当于APD_(35)。认为用APD_(35)作为衡量豚鼠心室肌动作电位2相时程的指标更为准确,而且APD _(45)与APD_(90)或APD_(100)之差值还可用来估测3相时程的长短。
In this paper, we recorded the action potentials of isolated guinea pig ventricular muscles by using the microelectrode technique and simultaneously recorded the surface electrograms. The correlation between action potential phase 2 and perceived recovery time (APD) was analyzed by using the starting point of the T wave of the surface electrogram as the sign of the end of the two phases of the action potential. The results showed that the two-phase duration was approximately equivalent to APD_ (35) in physiological or high potassium, high calcium and low potassium, low calcium and other conditions. APD_ (35) is considered as a more accurate measure of 2-phase duration of guinea pig ventricular action potential, and the difference between APD_ (45) and APD_ (90) or APD_ (100) The length of the process.
