资料 :膀胱肿瘤患者 30例中男性 2 4例 ,女性 6例 ;年龄35～ 80岁。原发肿瘤 18例 ,复发肿瘤 12例 ;单发肿瘤 13例 ,多发肿瘤 17例。经ＴＵＲＢｔ(9例 )、膀胱部分切除 (13例 )、肿瘤切除加电灼术 (8例 )等治疗。病理报告均为移行细胞癌。手术后 3～ 4周后进行光动力学治疗。方 Data: There were 24 males and 6 females in 30 cases of bladder cancer, aged from 35 to 80 years old. 18 cases of primary tumor, recurrent tumor in 12 cases; single tumor in 13 cases, multiple tumors in 17 cases. TURBt (9 cases), partial resection of the bladder (13 cases), tumor resection plus cautery (8 cases) and other treatment. Pathological reports are transitional cell carcinoma. Photodynamic therapy was performed 3 to 4 weeks after surgery. square
