目的研究萆薢不同溶剂提取物的总黄酮含量及其抗氧化活性。方法用冷浸法得到萆薢乙醇、丙酮和乙酸乙酯提取物。测定了三种提取物的总黄酮含量,并通过测定其对DPPH自由基的清除能力和还原能力来研究其抗氧化能力。结果萆薢不同溶剂提取物均表现出很强的抗氧化性能,其中乙酸乙酯提取物具有最优异的抗氧化能力。结论萆薢提取物具有作为天然抗氧化剂进行开发的潜力。
Objective To study the total flavonoids content and anti-oxidative activity of different solvent extracts from Emu Owen. Methods 萆 薢 ethanol, acetone and ethyl acetate extracts were obtained by cold soak method. The total flavonoid content of the three extracts was determined and their antioxidant capacity was investigated by measuring their ability to scavenge and reduce DPPH free radicals. Results 萆 薢 Different solvent extracts showed a strong antioxidant activity, of which ethyl acetate extract has the most excellent antioxidant capacity. Conclusion Scutellariae extract has the potential to be developed as a natural antioxidant.
