网络社会中城市居民的风险感知反映了其对社会变迁多方面的感性体验和心理认同。文章试图探讨网络化背景下体制、信任(人际信任和制度信任)与社会网络交往(拜年网和餐饮网)三个维度特性对城市居民风险感知的影响。通过对2014年“社会网络与职业经历”(JSNET2014)全国八城市调查数据的分析,结果表明:城市居民风险感知存在显著体制差异,体制内城市居民风险感知明显低于体制外城市居民;城市居民的信任度越高,则其风险感知越低,无论人际信任还是制度信任均对风险感知有正向积极影响,起到维护居民安全感的功能;但是社会网络交往建构则会加剧城市居民风险感知程度:拜年网在对风险感知影响上没能发挥亲情特质的社会支持作用,相反却与餐饮网一样对风险感知具有负向影响。我们借鉴社会学新制度主义理论,提出了正式制度的体制庇护机制与非正式制度的信任维护机制和社会网络交往机制来解释三个维度的影响。 The risk perception of urban residents in Internet society reflects their emotional experiences and psychological identities to many aspects of social change. This article attempts to explore the influence of the three dimensional characteristics of institutional, trust (interpersonal trust and institutional trust) and social network interaction (the New Year net and the catering net) on the perception of urban residents’ risk under the background of network. Through the analysis of the survey data of eight cities in China in 2014, “Social Network and Professional Experience” (JSNET2014), the results show that there are significant institutional differences in risk perception among urban residents, and the urban residents’ perceived risk in the system is obviously lower than those outside the system. The higher the degree of trust of urban residents, the lower the risk perception is. Both the interpersonal trust and institutional trust have a positive and positive impact on risk perception, which plays a role in safeguarding residents’ sense of safety. However, social network construction will aggravate urban residents Risk perception: The New Year’s network failed to play a social supportive role of affectionality on the impact of risk perception, but on the contrary has the same negative impact on risk perception as the catering network. We draw lessons from the neo-institutionalism theory of sociology and put forward the system of institutional asylum of the formal system and the mechanism of trust maintenance of the informal system and the social network interaction mechanism to explain the influence of the three dimensions.
