The new outline stipulates that the grass-roots units in the separate training period and common course training period to implement officers and men training. This formal change reduced the time for officers and soldiers together, and there was a “blank” period between officers and men. The relations between officers and soldiers are not near but far away. They are not dense but sparse. They are not real but empty. It is attributed to the fact that grassroots cadres, especially instructors, face many constraints. In this regard, I believe that, with the following “four methods ” can effectively solve this problem. First, by boat team, change “widowed” to “public ”.
